Egg Omelette for Bread
Egg Omelette is a very common and the easiest recipe to cook in less than 10 minutes. Anyone of any age can make this easy recipe. It is the best choice as a breakfast for those who don’t get enough time in the morning as many of us go out to work. I love to have egg omelette with bread or roti at least thrice a week. Eggs are rich in protein and when you add vegetables to it and serve it with bread or roti you get complete nutrition to your body which is essential in a breakfast. So, let’s make this amazingly easy recipe.

Ingredients you will need:
Eggs – 2
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Green Chillies – 1 (chopped)
Ginger – 1 inch (chopped)
Coriander Leaves – 1 tablespoon (chopped)
Salt – to taste
Mixing Bowl to blend the ingredients
Oil to cook
You can make Omelette better by:
- Adding turmeric to neutralize the smell of the eggs. I have tried it and I felt good. Try it and let me know;
- Adding crushed black peppercorn instead of green chilli;
- Beat eggs separately before and then add vegetables and mix them gently until blended.
- Adding finely chopped garlic along with ginger.
